Woman Called 911 To Report A Gym Theft, Then Chased The Suspect Around The Facility With A Knife: Cops

After calling police about a suspected theft, the caller then chased the suspect through a gym with a knife and now she faces charges, according to a report.
Around 6 p.m. on Aug. 16, police got a call about a theft and spoke to Carolina Isabel Hernandez, 18, who said a man in a gym had stolen her cell phone and social security said.
Hernandez then said she was going to assault the suspect with a knife and that she started driving toward the gym, according to MyParisTexas.com.

Officers followed her to the gym and saw her chase a man with a knife, according to the report.
The victim said Hernandez had assaulted him with a metal bar.
Hernandez was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and booked into jail.
