Two of the teens — Josue Climaco, 18, and Andres Lopez, 17 — are charged with capital murder in connection to the Sept. 21 murder. Two 16-year-olds also face the same charges, but in juvenile court, according to a statement from the Houston Police.

Houston police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex and found Raul Yamamoto, 38, inside an abandoned apartment. He was shot multiple times and paramedics pronounced Yamamoto dead on the scene.

A preliminary investigation determined Yamamoto was lured to the apartment complex via social media and ambushed by four suspects who robbed him at gunpoint, according to Houston police. Yamamoto was then shot and killed.

Authorities identified Climaco, Lopez and the two juveniles as suspects in this case. The juvenile female was taken into custody without incident on Oct. 18. The juvenile male was arrested on Oct. 19. Lopez and Climaco were then taken into custody on Oct. 21 without incident.

Police have not said if the suspects knew the unidentified victim.
