A motorcyclist was shot and killed as he drove and now police say they have arrested his suspected killer.
Around 12:30 p.m. on July 31, police in Azle, Texas, responded to a crash with possible shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying in the road. The victim was taken to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead.
The victim was identified as Brian K. Turner, 43, police said.
Turner was riding his motorcycle when he was shot by another driver, police said. Though, the motive remains under investigation.
This week, officers arrested Anthony Bennett, 27, as the alleged shooter. He was charged with murder and booked into jail on $100,000 bond.
