Woman Called 911 To Say An Intruder Killed Her Husband, But Police Say She Was The Killer.

A woman called 911 to claim an intruder shot her husband, but police said she was the killer.
Around 10 p.m. on July 26, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Texas got a call from a woman who identified herself as Samantha Stewart, 32.
Stewart said someone broke into her home and killed her husband, 32-year-old Jeffrey Stewart, according to the sheriff’s office.
Police arrived at the scene and started to investigate.

Authorities said they collected evidence and charged Samantha Stewart with murder. Investigators did not reveal a motive or why they believe Samantha was the killer.
The victim will undergo an autopsy.
Samantha Stewart is being held in jail on $500,000 bond.
