Months after a road rage shooting, police have arrested the suspected shooter, according to a report.
Last week, police in San Antonio arrested Jeremiah Nevarez, 34, in connection to the early May shooting of Andrew Rangel, according to KSAT.
On May 4, Nevarez pulled up next to Rangel and shot him, according to KSAT.
The bullet went through the passenger door of Rangel’s car and hit the victim in the abdomen, according to the report. Rangel then crashed into a median and then hit a tree.
Nevarez sped away after the wreck and police believed the shooting might have been a case of road rage, KSAT noted.
Police charged Nevarez with murder.
