Police find dad stabbed to death and left in a bloody mess on the couch, son arrested for murder: report
A Texas man is accused of stabbing his father several times during an argument, killing the victim.
Last week, Blake Foxworth, 30, called dispatchers in Nacogdoches County, Texas, to report he stabbed his father over an argument, according to the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived at the home, they found George Foxworth, 53, unconscious on the couch and covered in blood. EMS took the victim to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Blake Foxworth was arrested at a neighbor’s home, which is where he went after the alleged stabbing, police said.
Investigators did not reveal the nature of the argument that led to the stabbing.
Deputies charged Blake Foxworth with murder and he is being held in Nacogdoches County jail on $1 million bond.
