A Texas woman claimed her co-worker asked her back into the kitchen where they were employed and then raped her, police said.
On Sept. 17, police say a woman reported she had finished the closing duties at a Texarkana, Texas, family restaurant and was parked outside the restaurant when 38-year-old Deondrick White asked her back inside.
The woman went back inside the restaurant to see what White needed, which is when he sexually assaulted her in the kitchen, according to authorities.
When talking to the woman in a parking lot of a nearby shopping center, officials said she was distraught and shaking, the Texarkana Today reported.
The woman was taken to a local hospital, police said.
White was arrested the same night and is being held in the Bowie County Jail on a $100,000 bond, authorities said.
He was charged with sexual assault and faces 2 to 20 years in prison if convicted.
