Two teens were found shot dead in a parked vehicle in 2020. Now, police said they have arrested four people in the case.
On Dec. 12, 2020, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office in Texas responded to a shots fired call. When deputies arrived, they found three people shot in a car that was parked in a driveway.
Two of the victims — 15-year-old Devin Massey and 17-year-old Jonathan Massey — were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators said the suspects fled the area after the shooting.
Now, nearly three years later, police said last week that they arrested four suspects in the case.
Dalan Phillips, 19, Donovan Phillips, 20, Jaiden Gaines, 20, and Jaelen Allen, 19, were all arrested. They each face counts of murder and other charges. All four are being held in jail on at least $1 million bond.
No motive has been released in the case.
“It has been almost [three] years since the double homicide of the Massey brothers. The Massey family will get justice for their loved ones,” Sheriff Eric Fagan said.
