Man Turned Himself On A Domestic Violence Warrant, That Same Day Police Found The Victim Dead

A man was arrested on a domestic violence charge for allegedly attacking a victim. That same day, police found the woman dead.
Around Aug. 29, police in Toledo responded to a home and found Erica Cole, 43, unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Investigators have not said how she was killed.
Earlier that day, the murder suspect Andres Pecina was booked into jail on a domestic violence warrant in connection to an Aug. 27 incident with Cole, police said.
According to WTVG, Pecina was accused of stomping on her head and punching her in the face.
On Aug. 30, Pecina was charged with murder and is being held in jail on $1 million bond.
