Woman Accused Of Shooting And Killing Man She Used To Be In A Relationship With, Police Say
A woman is accused of killing a man she used to be in a relationship with, but police have not said why they believe she committed murder.
On April 25, police in Toledo, Ohio, were sent to Harve Street for a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found the victim outside of his home with at least one gunshot wound, according to Toledo police. The victim was identified as Derrick Kimble.
Responders took Kimble to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Police identified Tyrefa Hill as a suspect and she turned herself in to police.
Hill and Kimble were in a past relationship, but police have not released a suspect motive in the killing.
Authorities charged Hill with murder. She was booked into jail shortly before 11 p.m. on April 25.
