Gunfire in Virginia parking lot leaves one dead, two suspects arrested

Gunfire in a Virginia parking lot left one person dead and two people facing murder charges, according to Fairfax County police.
Police have identified the victim as Brian Constanza-Campos, 26, of Herndon, Virginia.
The shooting happened around 4:40 a.m. on May 7 at the 4300 block of Chantilly Shopping Center Drive in Chantilly, Virginia.
Officers found Constanza-Campos lying in the parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
On May 8, deputies from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office arrested Wilson Navarro Escobar, 29, for unrelated charges and found him in possession of a firearm.
Fairfax County detectives were notified of the arrest and of the weapon that was recovered. He has been in police custody since his arrest.
On May 13, Rigoberto Rodriguez Hernandez, 43, was arrested for a shooting that happened at 1 a.m. on the night of Constanza-Campos’ death.
Rodriguez Hernandez was charged with malicious wounding, discharging a firearm in a public place and brandishing a firearm in connection to the 1 a.m. shooting
He has been held without bond since his arrest at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
But, Fairfax police announced this week that both men have been charged in connection to the deadly shooting of Constanza-Campos.
