Shooting At A Virginia Apartment Leaves One Dead, 21-Year-Old Accused Of Murder
A man is accused of shooting a person to death in Virginia, though police have not said what led to the deadly encounter.
This week, police arrested Nelson Coronado Jr., 21, in connection to the incident. The victim’s name has not been released.
Earlier this week, police responded to a suspicious event at an apartment in Leesburg, Virginia. When officers arrived, they found a man in an apartment with multiple gunshots.
The victim was declared dead at the scene, according to Leesburg police.

Coronado was at the scene and was taken in custody without incident, police said. Investigators also found a gun.
The victim and Coronado knew each other, but police have not released a motive in the case.
Coronado was charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was booked into jail and was being held without bond.
