Fight outside Oklahoma Walmart leaves one man dead, second accused of murder

A fight outside of a Walmart in Oklahoma ended with one man dead and another man facing a murder charge, police said.
Around 4 a.m. on Nov. 13, the Tulsa Police Department said officers were called to a Walmart in Tulsa, Oklahoma, about a body in the store’s parking lot.
Officials said a man got into a fight with the victim, who died from their injuries.

Police checked the scene and found the suspect, Terry Limose, nearby. According to witnesses, Limose was responsible for attacking the victim.
Limose was taken to the hospital and treated for a cut to his forehead, officials said. He was then taken to the police station for questioning.
According to authorities, Limose was booked with an FBI hold for murder in Indian Country, Oklahoma, as the victim, whose name has not been released, is Native American.
Federal officials handle cases involving Native Americans.
