One dead, two injured in Wisconsin stabbing, suspect in custody

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly stabbing in Monroe County, Wisconsin on June 6.
Two other people were hurt in the attack, police say.
Around 11:40 a.m., law enforcement responded to a call about a disturbance and advised that three victims had sustained injuries from an edged weapon, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
When deputies arrived, they encountered the suspect outside of the home with a rifle, according to the sheriff's office.
The suspect sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound prior to police arriving. He was taken into custody.
The suspect and one of the victims were transported to the hospital by ambulance. A second victim was transported by a medical helicopter, according to the sheriff's office.
All of the victims sustained serious injuries.
The third victim was found inside the home and was declared deceased at the scene, according to the sheriff's office.
Police have not released any further information, including the suspect's name, in time for this report.
