A Wisconsin woman has been arrested after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy and sending him explicit content, according to authorities.
The alleged victim’s mother went to Green Bay Police and said Kaitlyn Skar, 27, had sex with her 13-year-old son on multiple occasions and Skar was making threats to him, saying she would have people come beat him up, WBAY-TV reported.
Skar reportedly met the boy because she lives near his aunt, WLUK-TV reported. She allegedly offered him cookies and a “puff" on her vape pen, which led to them exchanging phone numbers.
The duo reportedly communicated through Facebook Messenger, talking about “cuddling, holding hands and watching movies," WLUK reported.
In the chat, Skar allegedly told the victim their messages were “making her horny” and she sent him explicit videos of herself that she recorded. Court records state they reportedly had sex at her apartment.
However, Skar reportedly got upset with the teen after he didn’t answer her video chat call and he allegedly told her he cheated on her. She allegedly told the victim he “didn’t know what cheating was” because he was “only 16 years old.”
Police said Skar told them she believed the boy was 16.
She also threatened the victim, but later apologized because she “wasn’t trying to go to jail,” authorities said.

It didn’t help her, as Skar was booked into the Brown County Jail and charged with repeated sexual assault of same child, child enticement, first-degree sexual assault/rape, exposing minors to harmful material, intentionally contributing to delinquency of a child and harassment — fear of death, according to authorities.
Her bond was set at $10,000.
