13-Year-Old Girl Shot And Killed While Sitting In A Car, Suspects Arrested At Hotel In Another State
Two women have been arrested in connection to the murder of a 13-year-old girl in West Virginia — and police say they nabbed the suspects in another state.
On March 31, police in Dover, Delaware, announced they arrested Nichole Brookes, 42, and Isis Wallace, 22, in connection to a case in West Virginia.
The teen was shot and killed on March 23 near Bluefield, West Virginia.
Officials said the two fired multiple sots into a vehicle with three people as it sat at a red light, according to the U.S Marshals. The unnamed victim was found in the backseat with a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.
U.S. Marshals offered a reward of up to $10,000 for information that led to the arrests of the suspects. Officials have not said if the girl was targeted or why the suspects allegedly shot at the car.
Dover police noted the two were arrested at a hotel. They will be held in jail until they are sent back to West Virginia.
