Shooting In Wyoming Leaves One Dead, Manhunt Ends With Suspect In Cuffs

A man was shot dead in Wyoming and police said they arrested the suspected killer.
Around 2 p.m. on Sept. 4, the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office in Wyoming was dispatched to a home for a reported assault with a gun.
When deputies arrived, they found a 37-year-old man had been shot, and the suspect fled the scene. The name of the victim has not been released.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he later died, according to the sheriff’s office.
Police identified the suspect as Rodrigo Vigner Turcios-Romero and said he might have fled to Colorado.
On Sept. 5, police took the suspect into custody, though they did not say where. He was charged with second-degree murder.
No motive has been released in the case.
